Qupidr is an intimate dating application designed to connect consenting adult users to facilitate conversations, meetings and, where applicable, intimate relationships.

By using Qupidr, you acknowledge that the app does not guarantee compatibility, safety, or the accuracy of information provided by other members. You remain fully responsible for your online and offline interactions.

Access to and use of Qupidr implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

• you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract;
• you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

You agree to behave respectfully and in compliance with the law, including not to:

• harass, threaten, insult or intimidate other users;
• share violent, discriminatory, hateful, unlawful or degrading content;
• share sexual content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or content that is otherwise illegal;
• use the app for prostitution, pimping, human trafficking or any other illegal purpose.

Qupidr promotes encounters based on clear, free and informed consent from all parties. You must always:

• ensure the explicit consent of your partner before any intimate interaction;
• immediately respect any refusal or withdrawal of consent;
• take appropriate precautions regarding sexual health (protection, testing, etc.).

For in-person meetings, stay cautious: choose public places for first dates, inform someone you trust, and avoid sharing sensitive information too quickly.

You are solely responsible for the content (text, photos, videos, etc.) you publish on Qupidr.

• you have all necessary rights to such content;
• such content does not infringe the rights of third parties (image rights, privacy, intellectual property, etc.);
• such content complies with the law and with these Terms of Use.

In case of breach of these Terms, Qupidr reserves the right to suspend or delete your account, temporarily or permanently, without notice or compensation.

In particular, any abusive, unlawful, non-consensual or unsafe behavior may result in immediate exclusion and, if necessary, a report to the relevant authorities.

Qupidr provides a matchmaking platform without guaranteeing results, continuous availability, or absolute security.

Qupidr cannot be held responsible for the meetings, conversations, dates, content or behavior of users, nor for any direct or indirect damages that may result. You use the application under your sole responsibility.

Qupidr may modify these Terms of Use at any time. You will be informed in case of significant changes. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
